The Hahnemann and Boenninghausen way
Hahnemann developed a penetrating case analysis mode for ascertaining the precise symptoms of the disease state. Restoring pure homeopathy to use proving-based repertory and pure materia medica, while removing the Kentian overlays and new materia medica and repertories gluttered with psychological speculations and inaccurate information, can promise a high clinical success.

Clemens Maria Franz von Bönninghausen (1785-1864) was Hahnemann’s most competent student. To the profession’s benefit, Boenninghausen managed to encapsulate the manner in which Hahnemann examined a case via symptoms, and was able to formulate the process in an invaluable repertorial process known as the Therapeutic Pocket Book (1846).

Vladimir Polony and Gary Weaver has undertaken a re-translation work into English from the original 1846 edition, thus repairing many of the errors found in the formerly popular Allen’s version. It is now available in English, Spanish, Italian and Hebrew.
